Troubleshooting Tips:
» When completing the training and background check, please use only the following web browsers: Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox. Also, avoid using a mobile device such as cell phone and/or tablets as the background submission process is not compatible with such devices.
» When you register for the first time, please choose a role (in what capacity you are volunteering) so that the system knows what training course to assign you.
» When entering DOB (date of birth) in your profile, make sure you enter the correct year.
